Alright ladies. Who wants a nicer booty, raise your hands. *Throws both hands up* If I had one of those Kim Kardashian, J. Lo, Angel Lola Luv badunkadunks, do you know how much (more) of a hot ass mess I would be? G’lawd! You wouldn’t be able to tell me shit, just talk to my ass thankuverymuch.
Alas, unless we go in for butt implants, us normal chicks must work with what we got. So what should a chick do to perk up the booty and accentuate those ASSets?
1. Wear high heels. A nice, skinny heel redistributes your weight and makes everything sit just right. They may hurt your feet, but they make your legs and butt look damn good. Heels make you sway when you walk, and accentuate your femininity. So grab a pair of stilettos and strut!
2. Squats and lunges. Squats and lunges build your glutes, strengthen and tone your muscles, and perk up the booty. Combined with cardio and a healthy diet, look forward to an overall sexier body. Focusing on butt exercises will lift and tone your rear.
3. Put that cheeseburger down. You want a phat ass, not a fat ass. To get and keep a nice, perky bottom modify your diet. Eat better along with those squats and lunges to get the best booty your body has to offer.
